Eng. Patrick Mutimushi

Eng. Patrick Mutimushi is the former Executive Director at the Zambia Information and Communications Technology Authority (ZICTA). He holds an MSc in Operational Communications from the University of Coventry-UK and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Zambia. He has a number of other professional certification in management, telecom regulations and broadcasting policy among others.
